At Tee Exports, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This Cancellation and Return Policy explains the terms under which orders may be cancelled, returned, or refunded. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team immediately through email or WhatsApp with their order details. If a cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
Due to the nature of wholesale and bulk apparel supply, returns are accepted only in specific circumstances. Returns will be considered if the customer receives a wrong product, a manufacturing defect, or items that are damaged during transit. Requests for return must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic or video evidence of the issue. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for approval.
Products will not be eligible for return or exchange in cases of change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, minor color variations due to screen display differences, or for customized, printed, or bulk-confirmed orders. All wholesale orders are carefully checked and approved before dispatch, and therefore are considered final once shipped.
Once a return request is approved, the product must be shipped back in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging intact. After the returned item is received and inspected, Tee Exports will process the refund or replacement based on the nature of the issue. Refunds may be issued as a replacement product, store credit, or refund to the original payment method, at our discretion.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases where the return is due to an error from our side, such as incorrect or defective products, return shipping costs may be covered by Tee Exports. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping expenses.
